I am called “The Straight Shooter”
because I don’t tend to sugar-coat things and I like to tell it
like it is. I know that I appreciate honesty and I don’t have
time for misunderstandings or miscommunication and most other
people don’t either, so if I can be straight-forward, I feel it
is a better way to do business. I long for the days of old when
deals were created with a hand-shake and people were true to
their word. Well, that's what you’ll get with me.
I’m not in this business to make a fortune, I do it because I
love real estate and love people. I won’t lie to you that I do
need to make a living and this is my full-time job. No one that
I know would keep working at their job very long if they didn’t
get a paycheck for their work. On the other hand, I don’t have
any problem working very hard for my paycheck and would feel
very guilty if I didn’t EARN my pay.
I’m sure by now you are tired of such fluff, meaningless,
overused words such as customer-service, integrity, mission
statements, core values, respect, blah-blah-blah! I’m not going
to tell you that I provide great customer-service and treat you
with respect; I’m going to tell you what that means to me and
tell you that I try to treat all customers like they are part of
my family (and I love my family and treat them very well). That
means going the extra-mile, above and beyond what an ordinary
agent will do for you. I’m not going to tell you that I have
integrity; I’m going to live by my moral principles. My core
values and mission statement are what and how I live and not
just something that sounds nice on a website. I could tell you
all these things, but I’d rather show you. Let me prove
to you how I treat my customers, clients, friends, and family.
I believe that you should get the best representation possible
for your situation. Everyone’s situation is different, so I
don’t take a cookie-cutter approach to one the biggest purchases
or sales in your life. My representation plan, whether you’re a
buyer or seller, is fully customized to your needs and wants,
from the marketing of your home and searching for your home,
down to the fees involved with listing a home. Negotiations are
an essential part of any real estate transaction and if I’m
representing you as the buyer or seller, my job is to help you
keep as much of your money in your wallet as possible.
