Montana Real Estate Agent

How do you choose the right Montana real estate agent? First, and foremost, require references. Past and previous clients can tell you a lot about a Montana real estate agent. Although I have quotes and comments from previous clients posted on my website, I have many past clients who would be happy to vouch for the kind of Montana real estate agent that I am and the kind of work that I do.

I had one client who listed their property with another agent for over 6 months. With only 1 month to go before their deadline to sell their property, they fired him and contacted me. I listed it, marketed it, and sold it before their deadline. They didn't once regret working with someone with less years experience over their first agent who had many years of experience, but didn't work very hard.

Many people will tell you to find out how long an agent has been in business. I don't believe that will tell you anything about their skills. I've have a handful of clients that chose an agent who's been in the business longer than me, yet after a couple of months, they came back and asked if I would work with them. I accomplished what their other Montana real estate agent did not. Why? Because I work hard for my clients. Some agents aren't as "hungry" and have gotten very spoiled and lazy with their "experience".
